Aniva Group is a private company domiciled in India, incorporated in 2009 under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956. We are builders, contractors, sub-contractors, and real-estate developers — engaged in the construction of residential and industrial homes, apartments, and gated communities across South India.
Our practice began in Bangalore with a shared conviction among four promoters: that the underserved middle class deserved quality residential homes with maximum amenities at prices that respected their hard-earned savings. In 2015, we extended operations to Hyderabad and Vijayawada — and have not slowed since.

Today, Aniva stands among the top twenty construction companies in and around Northern Hyderabad. Over 7,20,000 square feet of built environment carries our name. More than 4,500 families call an Aniva building home. The five promoters — Mr. Vinod Kumar Adapa, Mr. Nandan Kambampati, Mr. Syam Kumar Inapanuri, Mr. Ram Prasad Gandham, and Mr. Srinivasa Rao Vura — remain hands-on, bringing the same powerful synergy that defined our very first delivery to every project on our boards today.

Mr. Syam Kumar Inapanuri
Dynamic, focused, and innovative — with deep construction experience. Prior to founding Aniva, Syam was a partner in M/s. ANIVA, the partnership firm that developed several residential apartments under the brand. His operational instincts continue to shape every site we run.
Mr. Nandan Kambampati
A builder with a passion for creating exceptional structures. Across ten years, Nandan has successfully completed a wide range of projects — from residential homes to commercial buildings. A commitment to quality craftsmanship and attention to detail sets him apart as a builder you can trust.
